Products
Every item is handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, pattern, shape and finish are part of the character of each piece.
Product photographs are intended to represent each design as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Processing Times
As each order is handmade or carefully assembled, processing times may vary.
Estimated processing times are 1 week but during busy times may be up to 2 weeks.
Metal upgrades and custom orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed once your parcel has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate.
Custom Orders
Custom commissions are welcomed and priced individually.
Once work has begun on a custom order, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Metal Upgrades
Most designs are available with optional sterling silver or gold-filled findings.
These upgrades are made to order and may increase processing times slightly.
Intellectual Property
All product designs, photographs, logos and website content remain the property of Frog and Orange Clay and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Frog and Orange Clay is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or the Refund and Returns Policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
